    Default Wounded Warrior Project

The best I can tell, this is a solid foundation helping a lot of wounded soldiers. I've been meaning to donate to them for a long time, and am ashamed to say I only got around to setting up a monthly donation a couple days ago.

Check them out, they do a lot to help wounded soldiers that have sacrificed their bodies for our freedoms.

This is a great organization. We have several fundraisers here in town each year for them. We don't raise much, but every little bit helps.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

I updated the link in the original post with one that takes you directly to the donation page on the Wounded Warrior Project site.

This summer, if you skip a couple beers or starbucks each week, you can take that money and make a nice monthly donation to the Wounded Warrior project and help out soldiers that have been injured in combat.

Got an email from the Wounded Warrior Project (which I still make monthly donations to, despite recent news of questionable spending). It included a link to this video about the interim COO.

I'm really glad they're doing what they need to do to get rid of the people who were wasting funds. It's truly a great organization, I know people personally who have benefitted greatly from their assistance. I was certainly not pleased with the reports, especially to learn they were completely accurate, but it seems they're doing things right moving forward.
