LOL...at least a few teams are getting out of the conference before the tea-sipprs completely destroy it. Now the stupid network is trying to broadcast rival games (Texas Tech vs. Texas State). UT is now a slave to ESPN and when the Big 12 dies...no conference is going to want them because of that boulder around their neck. They have the opportunity of a lifetime to spin that to benefit the whole conference...but nope...they are dead set on becoming the next Notre Dame.

Not happening (although a name change is way overdue) because the Big XII just signed a bowl deal with the SEC to match the Rose Bowl and they are busy wooing ACC schools, not the other way around.

If all the realignment eventually shakes out to four superconferences, they will be the SEC, Big 10, Pac 12 and Big XII. The Big East and the ACC will be the ones on the outside scrambling for a place at the table.

read that earlier. I heard he is probably going to do down a division so he does not need to wait a year to play.

He's got enough talent he could probably go off to Canada for a year and then turn pro early. It might mean he slips to the fourth round but Eric Swann proved he could go higher. I mean, how many guys are Heisman candidates who then go to the pros other than through college?

What the hell happened? Jordan Jefferson, and what three other teammates, have felony charges brought against them and all they got was a suspension...
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

Because this is his third strike. He's gotten in trouble twice before.

If it's another drug issue he's not allowed to play for any NCAA school this year since it's his 3rd offense. He would have to go NAIA, JUCO, Canada, or UFL if that's still around.

He's a punk. Waste of talent. Hope he gets his shit together as a human, but his attitude makes me dislike him.

The Honey Badger will be missed in the Purple & Gold.

Kid had talent and everything going for him.....stupidity/immaturity was weakness.

I went to school here for a semester right after high school, I guess I wasn't college material. Anyway, it looks like the Honey Badger has his sights on McNeese St who has a damn good program especially defense in the Southland Conference in FCS.

    http://www.secdigitalnetwork.com/NEW...-schedule.aspx

Here is the 2012 SEC football schedule!

Bama and Auburn starting out of the gate against some quality opponents.....that's what I like to see. South Carolina should make a statement against Vandy.
