    Seriously, I won't miss them.
I have somewhat of a disdain for T A and M. most every graduate (most if not all scientists ive associated with through work) of that institution are dicks that think they are cool. von Miller and CoachChaz are the only good things to come out of that school

It's not that most Aggie fans think they are too good or too cool to lose to anyone. The problem is that they know with their size and revenue, they OUGHT to be a much stronger program than they are, so they constantly make excuses (mostly at UT) and whine at the advantages the Longhorns have rather than focusing on bettering themselves.

That's why I've always supported A&M splitting from Texas' shadows and going their own way because they NEED that to be all they can be. Instead of spending all their time with penis envy, they need to recruit better, coach better and work harder. There's no reason why the state of Texas can't have two national championship-caliber programs but A&M will never fill that role until they take their eyes off Austin and figure out their own future.

The recruiting field in Texas is there to become a constant top five program. Joining the SEC will determine if they are ever going to grow up and be great all on their own. I honestly wish them well - whenever they aren't playing the Longhorns.
I miss the old Mile High Stadium.

The offense was much better yesterday. 639 total yards. I'm not going to get over excited and think we found our messiah, Kentucky is pretty bad, but we were starting a Soph. that's only played 1 full quarter of football in his college career. Of all his nice numbers the biggest one was ZERO turnovers. With the exception of holding the ball a little too long with under 2 minutes to go before the half, which resulted in back to back sacks, he made great decisions all day.

This quote from CBS pretty much sumed up the situation...

Shaw's four touchdown passes were as many as Garcia has thrown all season and the most in a game for any South Carolina quarterback in almost five years.
He has his work cut out for him and his poise and patience will be put to the test coming up. The next 3 games are @Miss St., @Tenn., and @Arkansas. As long as he does'nt have those multiple turnover type games our offense will be fine and can keep us in those games, the secondary still concerns me a little bit, especially against Arkansas.

dude is a beast. But Vols did very nice job keeping him in check. Too bad they have zero depth and secondary got exposed. The future is at least brightening.

Side Note...my mock draft has us taking Malik Jackson. For those who watched last night, dude is a MONSTER and was basically unblockable last night for UT.

Da'Rick Rogers is not in the right place. He didn't play very will this season. He's currently suspended. He had way too many drops.

Prentiss Waggner played very well this season. At Safety and Corner, depending on who all was hurt. Austin Johnson and his 4 or so INTs may be close to being 2nd team all SEC. He missed some tackles though.

Rogers earned it IMO. His #s suffered when Bray went down for 5 games, but he still managed 1,040 yards which led the conference and 9 TDs finishing 2nd only to Jarius Wrights 11 TDs (3rd was Randle w/904yds, 8 TDs) in that catagory, and that was with a Freshman and Matt Simms feeding him the ball for almost half of it.

When Bray was in the starting lineup he had 5 100yd games and 8 TDs. Pretty impressive for the Sophmore. Imagine if had Bray all season...

I think the Coaches All-SEC Team comes out today, that's the one that holds the most water IMO. I'm more interesting to see what they think. But i think he gets 1st team All-SEC on that list as well. Deservedly so.

Typical tea-sip response. A&M doesnt do any more "whining" than anyone else in the Big 12...they were just more vocal about it. And if you cant see why...then I might suggest taking of the burnt orange glasses for a few minutes.

When it comes to generating revenue, the University of Texas is the king of college football, with $93.9 million in revenue last year. That is $23.1 million (32.6%) more than the next biggest program (Univ. of Georgia). And if we consider the Longhorns' $25.1 million in expenses, the football program's $68.8 million in profit is $16.3 million more than the University of Georgia ($52.5M).

Now...let's add our own TV network and explain to me where the parity is when it comes to recruiting advantages and profit generation. UT is simply the New York Yankees of college football.

And even given all that...take a look at the Elite 50. The system that ranks schools based on the overall performance of ALL of their athletic teams (not just football). In 2010, Texas finished ranked #3. A&M finished #8 Oklahoma finished #31. So while Texas has ALL the money...A&M does a pretty good job of being the "stepchild in the shadows" when it comes to their overall athletic program. And when it comes to the whole thing...the move to the SEC will only be better for the school.

So you and all the other teasippers can get over yourselves. A&M isnt walking away pouting like a little child that didnt get the lollipop they wanted. They are looking at an unfair and biased scenario and choosing to not be a part of it...and they'll be fine.

He's just too inconsistent for me. When it's third down, his hands turn to stone. And most of those stats were against Montana, Cincinatti, and Buffalo.

Bray got hurt during the Georgia game right? Right before Tenn. started to get into the thick of their SEC schedule. That's when his numbers dipped.

S'all good though, you're obviously not much of a fan of his which is cool. I just think he's worthy of the selection.

In other news, South Carolina RB coach Jay Graham has taken the same position at the University of Tennessee. I believe it's his alma mater.

Rogers clearly deserved it. Is he a prima donna who took plays off? yes. But his stats are sick and he came to play when it mattererd most. Justin Hunter is the better WR, but he got hurt early.

Coaches select Randle over Rogers. You could flip a coin between the two IMO, Randles certainly deserving as well.

Enteresting they went with basically 4 DEs for the DL positions with Montgomery, Bequette, Lemonier and Ingram. Ingram played all along the DL both at end at tackle throughout the season and LB against Navy and the Citadel, but his primary position is DE...
