Default Why is my sig cut off at the bottom?

Is it only on my computer it shows my sig as being cut off or does everyone else see it as well? And if so, how can I fix it. I've tried all I can think of.

This is the image: It works when I don't have the Manning pic too. Neither one is that big though.

Ok, well I almost fixed it. Still cuts off my link at the bottom. There must be a restriction on how much space it can take up on the screen.

I put in a height restriction on sigs a little over three years ago after getting complaints about big sigs. The restriction is 275 pixels in height. The manning pic being taller forces the other stuff down.

Here's the thread from back in '09.
