Sucks that the Tarheels took the lead and are the home team.

To quote Bill Romanowski after losing to Pitt in 1998.... "Looks like we're going to have to do this the hard way".

I was at my little girl's game and checked my phone to see Tarheels taking Game 1. I'm pulling for your Gamecocks.

NC State must be sporting the old school uniforms. Surprised to see Big 10 Indiana win. GO TIGERS, but I'm expecting a damn tough game.

I'm pulling for Indiana and Louisville to make it to Omaha. Indiana/FSU was a good game as well.

There's rumors floating that Avent might leave NC St. for Auburn if you can believe that. He's got a good gig with the Wolfpack. Just a rumor for now though. But he might leave for the same reason Tanner left NC State to come here to Columbia.... the university doesn't put any money in it's baseball program. NC State was Tanners Alma Mater so i wouldn't be shocked if it happened to Avent. It'll be interesting to see if that plays out.

I guess I haven't watched Louisville much but considering the reputation of Vandy, I'm surprised to see them lose as well.

That was a sweet catch by the CF. Maybe the Gamecocks can get the shut out, skinny.

And the Hoosiers advance. Good for them. Their first trip to Omaha.
