    I think zumba is rythmic dance often to the beat of african drums, it is an arobic form of dance incorporating low impact and sexually suggestive pelvic motion for the enjoyment of observers as well as participants.
    (i could be wrong, but wouldnt it be better if i was right? )

    Gem thank you so much for posting this. I went tonight and had a blast. I have never done Yoga so thought it would be a great way to try it out. Plus going onto the field was such a bonus!!! Anyway thanks again......
