    Question Best set of corners in the AFC?

    Who has the best set of 3 corners in the AFC?

    AFCW= Chargers
    AFCE=Bills
    AFCN= this is a wash--- maybe the Browns
    AFCS= Colts

    What do you guys think and why? I know Oakland and Denver have the one big name but after that things get real weak.

    The Raiders have Asomugha, arguably best Cornerback of all time.

    They have Chris Johnson, who was a top ten CB when he replaced deangelo Hall midway through the season. Chris Johnson's metrics are top 5 in the NFL. He is a top 15 cornerback.

    And we also have Stanford Routt, who has all the potential in the world.

    Oakland's CBs > Denver's cbs by FAR.

    Do you think they are the best three in the AFC? ---or just better than Denver's?

    What a surprise!!!!!

    Asomugha is shut down for sure! I feel bad for Asomugha being stuck on such a bad team. The other two bumms... not so much !!

    You will have to get used to this kid. He just crossed the bridge to tarabithia and hasnt returned the same.

    In the entire AFC-hmmmm... Good question.

    To answer i would have to ask a question. Best in terms of pure ability, or best pair that plays together?

    Reason i ask is several.

    For ex. the pats (who i hate) have signed leigh bodden and shawn springs. Those are two big names at CB. To go along with the rest of thier guys.

    But then there is balt- their pass defense is not as good as it should be, but they have some names baby.

    although they just released rolle. so who knows.
    The Plan at the moment:

    Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
    Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
    Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
    Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

    *The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

    asomugha arguably the best CB of alltime?

    LMAO!!!!!!!!

    this is why I love Raider fans... Asomugha isnt close to Champ Bailey as far as career goes. in Fact there are atleast 10 CB's who you can argue before even thinking about Asomugha..... Hes only had 2 great years and hes the best ever. LMAO! not to mention hes already 27 years old...

    that being said I think the best CB duo in the AFC has to be Revis/Sheppard.

    So, you're talking like 5 or 6 years ago?

    He was 11-12, by his own admission...I doubt it is the dude you're talking about.

    If you dumbass Donkey fans would take a step out of you're bubble, you would recognize asomugha's greatness.

    Asomugha's 2008 stats

    27 Attempts/ 8 completed passes/ Zero Touchdowns

    Those are better than any other shutdown CB in the history of the NFL.

    Asomugha will be considered the best CB of all time by the time he's 30. Watch.

    Not as good as Bailey's 2005, 2006 and 2007, so whatever, moron.

    I suggest you do some research before making stupid ass comments like that.

    Fact of the matter is Bailey probably isn't even in discussion for best corner ever, even after what he's done, so you're ridiculous assertion just means that you have nothing when it comes to football, so you have to resort to your stupid sister and mother jokes...

    Nah...we got it bro...

    Fail.
