What Bronco center at times used to wear a jersey that was so "short" that his midsection would show?

Thanks to my buddy Medford Bronco for this awesome signature!
How many sacks did former DE/DT Kenny Walker have his rookie season?

I don't recall seeing his midsection (thankfully!) but if we did he's not the guy that I was looking for; this guy played only a few seasons for us but one was a very special season. And the jersey was short at the midsection and almost looked like a "tearaway" jersey.
