Yeah, and you only have to be levl 4 to get it... and that UAV..everytime it hits a baddy, gives you points. So the tie breaker usually comes down to how many engineers were throwing out UAVs. I'm constantly detected, which completely takes away the point of hiding at all. I wish the maps were a bit bigger, but then, I always wish that. I always feel like they put people in tiny "paint ball" type arenas.

Would have to have two copies if I use both units. But wasn't looking for just a list of two player games.

the thread title never specified who the game was for, but I guess it could be done with a guy... if the dudes are into that.

I recently bought FIFA Soccer and love it... I think hockey and soccer are the best 2 player sports video games... The actual games don't take as long as football or baseball games, and you can pick up the controls relatively quickly. You can also play co-op online, which is a little bit more fun than playing madden or baseball co-op online, as you mentioned, because it's not controlled mostly by one person.

The only games I really play nowadays are sports games + COD... So I can't speak to much else.

Lastly - if you regularly play 2 person games and are open to purchasing a new console later on... The Playstation Move thing is actually pretty fun for multiple players. It's the motion based controller similar to Wii. In the regular game that comes with the Move setup, they have frisbee golf and bocce ball and archery... My stepdad, who wasn't a gamer, actually enjoyed playing the PS Move games. Something to think about for entertaining non-gamer types.

I agree with the Gears of War mentioned earlier, I had a blast playing that Co-Op. Another one that I enjoyed that you can get on the cheap is Army of Two. Get the first game though, I liked it much better than the second one. Another option as well is Resident Evil 5, I liked the coop in that as well.

Not sure if it's available on the PS3, but Portal 2 is an awesome two player game.
