I was doing some spring-cleaning and guess what I found in the garage?
My vintage posters from my college days. 1978’s Animal House! Those vintage posters are in pretty good shape. Vintage poster of John Belushi was everywhere when I was in college and it was very popular in our college days. "Animal House" is one of the most successful comedies ever. Perhaps the most popular of all college movies. Unfortunately, “Animal House” is no longer existing from the 70-90’s. By the way, Belushi was an absolute 10-star man in hey days. John Belushi is still one of my idols. RIP John Belushi
Took a quick trip this past weekend to bring my wife's Grandfather's ashes back to Jonesboro, AR but we decided to stay in Memphis for most of the weekend. Just a few pics from what turned out to be a pleasantly beautiful weekend in the south:
Nice Brewery in Memphis called Hammer and Ale:
Beale Street Music Fest on Sunday:
and my personal favorite moment is when some kids started dancing to a (fantastic) blues rendition of Purple Rain:

You went from Alaska to Memphis? That's not a "short trip..."
A new closed captioning device for all Deaf moviegoers at my local movie theater. It is way much better than CaptiView device with green lighting led display. This new closed captioning device synchronized quickly and smoothly! The texts are back in white and background is black. Just like on HDTV. I enjoyed the movie with this new device and I was very satisfied with it. However, open captioned movies are best.
Last night, we went to see Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. This movie was simply awesome. Go see it!
Been trying my hand at Cinemagraphs which are basically videos with a still layer on top of them with only certain parts exposed to show a loop of animation. Pretty neat effect! The resolution on this one is wonky, still adjusting the gif to work faster on web. This is my son and my dog from our weekend camping trip:
