I really enjoyed the Tough Mudder. You can do the "Tougher" Mudder if you like which just means that you run in the first wave, are timed, and have to complete every obstacle or you forfeit the time. No biggie, no forced burpees, etc. To me, the best part of it was the teamwork aspect of the Tough Mudder. I had a LOT more fun helping everyone around me, even those I had no idea who they were, than I have just running for a time. It was a great time, I'm really looking forward to doing it again.

Yeah, I remember all the dudes hanging back to help out all the girls over the walls.

I was helping people up "Pyramid Scheme" and a lady actually used my ass as a handle to get up. She grabbed on with both hands and pulled herself up and remarked, "you have a great ass, very firm, I've never been able to use an ass as a handle before."

I was a little proud in that moment. All those squats were worth something!

Voila!

It took me forever to do the whole hallway and ceiling. I painted "Sand Pearl" on the walls and No more yellow-orangish color. I also painted 6 hallway doors in high gloss paint.

There is one more thing to do. I have to get a special paint for that heater.

Nice job. Looks a lot better. I just painted my son's room. I kept it the same color but the old paint had a few chips and such so I spackled, sanded and painted.

Do they place the lights in the water? Does that attract the shrimp?

Yeah submersibles attached to a car battery. (I also attach to my nuts)

Doesn't really atttact them. Just let's you see them move in the water better.
