Find me a golfer who is ok with you snapping pictures on the backswing... professional or otherwise. It's disrespectful and not allowed. Tiger's all about respect for himself and the game.
Biggest endeavor outside new family and golf? Charity.
Woods doesn't appear to be a showboat that seeks out attention like T.O. or ManRam, etc. so I don't blame Tiger for this but golf tournament coverage is almost unwatchable when he's in the tournament because the media slobbers over him the way they do Obama.
While some nobody sinks a 30-foot putt to take a five-shot lead, he gets about five seconds of coverage then about 10 minutes of TigerWorship (tm) before showing another contender sink a birdie putt. Then there's another 10 minutes of TigerWorship...
It's ruined golf coverage.
I feel for the girl. ESPN tried to pimp her so badly and now she can't make a cut. It must suck to have your life peak at 14.On a completely unrelated note....Michelle Wie is hot.
I miss the old Mile High Stadium.
Thanks for playin.......next.......

Okay, just think. You're with Butch Harmon, rated number one in the world, all of the fame imaginable. Nobody doubts you're the best in the game right now.
So what do you do?
You get better. Start from the ground up. Ditch the swing that got you there, change everything you've ever learned, just to get better. To reach the next level.
It's a struggle, but eventually, you're better than everybody else, and now you're in discussions as one of the best to play the game. Things are going great, again.
So what do you do?
Change it again. Risk everything you ever accomplished and tamper with the winning formula. Tiger wants to be the best golfer who ever lived. At this point, even if he didn't reach Nicklaus' record, he'd be the best in my book. Nobody has ever played the game with so much vigor, and then with so much talent at the same time. Nobody. He thinks something needs to be done, and so he does it. And it works. Sure, he's got an ego, but that's necessary after a certain time to stay on top.
Tiger takes risks, dangerous risks at that, to get better. He is never content with what he's got. To keep up with the competition, Tiger takes calculated risks with great tact and fantastic results to stay ahead of the curve. And he's setting the curve. It's a fantastic phenomenon that guys can't catch up to him.
He's just a winner.
