Again with the Peyton Manning money they coulda spent on free agents that want no part of Tim Tebow? Joel get over it already.

If you insist on building around Tim Tebow deal with the fact that you'd have to do it with players that have no choice.......

Wes Welker doesn't sign with Denver if Tebow is throwing passes to him.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

Manning makes many FAs want to come here. Which is why I think he's well worth the money. These guys turn down loyalty, money and places they have lived for years to come play with Manning. If Manning isnt here then no way Welker comes to catch passes from Tebow. Franchise QBs are so hard to find and Manning is the cream of the crop.

I have zero doubt that Elway will struggle finding another when Manning finally retires. He values the position too much.

One thing to note though, the traditional pocket passers are getting harder to get in the drafts. The college ranks are beggining to get loaded with the Russels, Kaps, RGIIIs ect. It's just the new wave of QBs and the NFL is going to have to adapt. Makes me wonder if Osweiler will be ready, he's more of a pocket guy and he is going to have to take over a Lamborgini of a team. Kind of like how Griese did. Still think Brock has huge upside though and that he will make all the throws needed from the pocket. Learning from Manning puts him leaps and bounds ahead of the game as well.

Maybe the zone-read QB's make the real QB's easier to get. They'll always be the top of recruiting lists.......
