    It's not. It's hitting a ball with a crooked stick and then walking after it...and then hitting it again.

    However, when I play golf, it can be a sport because the energy I use trying to find the damn thing after I shank it it ridiculous

    Golf isn't a sport and neither is driving a race car or riding a horse, but they are all incredibly hard to be good at, so we give them a pass.
