    Default Broken Tail Bone

Has anyone here ever had a broken or fractured tail bone? I busted mine in 2005 and still have pain so I was curious if anyone else had the same shit.

I bruised mine playing hockey a couple times. No lasting effects.

Glad I could be of service.

Never injured mine, but I hear incorporating legs into your weightlifting routine fixes it.

Does it involve bending over and barking like a dog?

    Good point, Davii.

The legs DO have muscles in them.

I try to maintain a low carb, low calorie, high protein diet.

That would be really cool if we had the same shit.

Yep. Fractured mine when i was 19. It healed after about 4 or so months. But, in early 2010 i slipped on the front steps during the winter and re-injured it not really knowing it at the time. It aggravated me for over 8 months before i went to the doctor and they finally x-rayed it. Turns out that the tailbone has come disconnected from my spine and because of the angle that it sits in it causes discomfort at times. In recent months it hasnt been so bad but most of that is because of the painkillers i was taking. I also had a shot for it (i wouldnt recommend that, it hurts like a mother******). They never mentioned anything about surgery or anything like that so i guess im stuck with it as is.
