I am a "what works for you" kinda guy but for me I agree. I'm in PA now and get fresh grass fed raw milk delivered to a pick up point every other week along with other stuff. No soy, no processed foods whatsoever, no grains, whole fresh foods and 100% grass fed beef and pastured eggs and chicken.

I have always enjoyed cooking so no problems there though my wife insists on bread now and again.

It's been life changing, for me at least.

Digestion especially, energy up unexpectedly, endurance much improved.

PS- Great snack for the whole-foods or Paleo type diet?

Organic almond butter over apples topped with organic dates.

    i dont like organic dates.

the last time I had an organic date,
the girl showed up on roller skates with hairy armpits, unshaved legs, smelling like clove cigarettes.

for blackened fish try a sweet aplication of acid for your buerre blanc,

try some orange juice or even orange concentrate, thawed to room temperature. an orange popsicle, melted will even work

or try a sweet liguer, like amaretto or frangelico or a tawney port.

even a little honey or maple syrup

most folks like the compliment of sweet and heat together, like honey hot wings.

Some people believe plant estrogens in soy called phytoestrogens (the chemical name is isoflavones) reduce testosterone levels and bring about feminine characteristics with excess estrogen levels. Something to think about when reaching for the soy milk.

at first I thought you were talking about organically produced dates, as in the fruit.
