The analogy is still confusing. Wouldn't you be pitching against the home team? Or catching for the home team?

What if you are playing shortstop for the home team? If you are a switch hitter for the home team does that mean you go both ways? If so, what about switch hitters for the away team? If you are an umpire does that mean you like to watch?

I've heard "playing for the other team", but never batting for the home team.


Also, how has this thread gone 3 pages and no one has pointed out it looks like she's wearing a raiders tshirt at the end! That's reason enough to duck out.

To be fair, the full clip of the invite isn't posted here, just the news piece.

I did just watch the full clip and see what you are talking about, and it definitely looks like it COULD be a raiders t-shirt, but there's just not enough of it to say conclusively.
