You said you work on Black Box Equipment. I read that as you don't like to put your equipment in a black box.

Honestly I wouldn't know. I've never had the opportunity to put my equipmonk in a black box. I wouldn't turn down the opportunity.

abos-freakin-lutely! if I could only keep ONE of all my pots and pans, it would be the WOK !
its not just for asian food!
the wok is the most versatile, and efficient pan I own !
I have even baked a sponge cake in a wok !
as for PAPRIKA, smoked is outstanding!
non box macaroni is really pretty simple, use a combination of your favorite cheeses and milk.
dry pasta in a well greased pan, cover with milk, put down a hearty layer of grated cheeses and bake in medium heat (300 f ) oven for about 30 minutes.
you can add personnal touches like onion, jalapenos, olives, sausage, ham or other cookked meats etc.

What do you grease your pan with, Zam?

    The suggestion is just dirty.

I use my health spread (butter sobstitute)
    or my omega 3 oil.
If you are feeling decadent you can use the fat off the stock you have been storing in your freezer.
I have pyrex pans for roasting, butter would burn far too easily.
