Yes, Warrior was a great flick. Loved it.

Nick Nolte killed his supporting role.

If you guys aren't hip, the South Korean movie scene is pumping out some great stuff. I strongly suggest checking it out. I Saw the Devil is currently available on instant streaming Netflix.

WARNING: This movie is not for the faint of heart. It's one of the sickest, most gruesome movies I have EVER seen.

Having trouble posting the youtube trailer, but it can be seen here. http://youtu.be/tkwEFKdTckk
So I decided to check this out over Netflix today on my dayoff with no kids or wife in the house. Holy ******* shit this movie is brutal. One of the more violent movies I've ever seen but it is extremely well made and brilliantly acted. This director is very good and the story is great.

As the above poster said, it is not for the faint of heart. It is tremeandously bloody and violent. The bad guy is one evil basterd.

Very good movie if you're into serial killer or revenge type flicks.

After last night, I'm not surprised that The Change-Up did not make your list.

We rented it. I couldn't make it past the 30 minute mark. Just not funny.

Oh I see. Yeah, that movie sucked. I thought Horrible Bosses was a much funnier movie released basically the same time and it got a lot less run than that piece of shit Change Up movie. Oh well.

I recently rented Horrible Bosses, and my wife took it back before I had a chance to watch it.

I don't know when Courageous came out. It may have been this year, so I guess it may now count. But I watched it today and I loved it. It's a Christian movies, so if you don't like those, you won't like it.

I'm glad you liked it. Cheers.

I was introduced to Korean cinema about a year ago, and I continue to be blown away. Seoul is pumping out some of the best original thrillers these days.

If you've ever heard of "Old Boy," it is awesome. Old Boy was so good and so original, that Steven SPielberg and Will Smith wanted to do an American remake, but it got shot down at the last minute. Old Boy is considered one of the sickest movies ever made, and the end has a twist that will make you want to vomit. Not gruesomeness, but the way things play out, it's disgusting...

    "Old Boy"

"The Man from Nowhere" THis movie is GOOOOOD!!!

And if you're looking for a more traditional movie, there is a flick called "Taeguki: Brotherhood of War". Many film critics consider it to be the best Korean movie ever made. PERIOD. This movie absolutely blew me away. Some refer to it as The Korean "Saving Private Ryan."

It's about two brothers who end up on opposite sides of the Koren war.
