lets just say that I 'helped force my release' from the team. 355 IPs in one day...hell... in 5 minutes.

didn't have an IP all year long.... not one.... 355 in one day Needless to say, I won't be going back for a while, even if I wanted to.

I want your team to do fantastic just so I can come here and mock the McDaniel haters.

It really will be. I can understand not liking him, but so many people are convinced that he cannot coach and he hasn't even had the chance.

Yeah, it is kinda funny (by funny I mean annoying).

I don't know if the guy can coach or not, but I'm damn sure going to give him a chance.

I don't know if he can coach or not. I'm certainly not saying he can't.

I know once the season starts (well, much before, but you know what I mean).... I'm absolutely going to be rooting for McDaniels. I'll absolutely be rooting for Orton as well.

I was pretty excited about McDaniels when we got him. Doesn't mean I'm happy with what happened, and I DO blame him. You guys can blame who you want, but I blame McDoosh, and don't think ANY team is better off making that kind of move.

Point being.... I've personnally never said he couldn't coach... but I also know that he hasn't done anything to prove me that I should simply overlook any decisions made that I dont' think was best for any franchise..Yet. Doesn't mean I won't give him the benefit of the doubt...because his success is Bronco success.

To be 'looking forward' to us doing good simply so you can say "I told you so".. is sad. Rooting for the Broncos to do well is enough reason to be rooting for the broncos to do well.

Because I'm betting with all the changes in the Broncos team, that the odds of them doing well are not high..especially with teh change of QB. That being said, I'm sure there are many posters looking foward to saying "I told you so" if we don't do well.

    That's where I don't go.

I don't like McDaniels for trading my favorite player, but I will not jump to any irrational conclusions about his coaching. The guy can coach, he proved it with Matt Cassel. I'm hoping he can take his coaching to the next level and get us wins.

    - Thanks to Roddoliver for the sig!!

Personally, I question the Doogie's ability to be a Head Coach, there is no doubt he's been an outstanding OC, but so far it appears that Doogie is in way over his head when it comes to running an entire franchise.

I'd be saying the same thing about Rex Ryan/Steve Spagnuolo/Jim Schwartz if they had managed to do so much damage in a month and a half on the job.......

    Draft
1st round— Shemar Stewart 5-T (Best talent in the draft)
2nd round— Shavon Revel CB (1st round prospect before knee injury)
    3rd round— Savion Williams WR
    4th round— Charles Grant LT
    6th round— Vernon Broughton 3-T
    6th round— Tyler Shough QB
    6th round— Dont’e Thornton WR

I agree. There is MUCH more to being a HC than just thumping your chest and calling plays. McD hasn't shown the ability to be a leader that players would want to follow.
