The way I see it, is he is trying to emulate Bellycheck. Gots to be the "man in charge". But I think Bellycheck has a thing against his coordinators when they leave. He despises Mangini and now he's trying to tarnish McD. But his buddy, pioli, is getting the 'gold treatment', and a sweetheart deal!
