    Moyes sacked.
As a Liverpool fan I'll be sad to see him go

No, but I haqve read some articles on it. Nothing like opening the flood gates for a FA Cup match a few minutes before the game. Just stupid. Then trying to cover it up. :smh:

Talk about inevitable. I don't know if Moyes is a bad manager, but he sure didn't fit in with the MU players. Wonder who they get to replace him? Dynasties falling apart are never pretty.

Top prospects are Van Gaal and Klopp. Either would be a significant improvement.

I think Van Gaal is a certainty - shame as i hoped he would end up at spurs.

Feel for Moyes though - i dont like Man U at all, but i think after the Ferguson era, the board should have publicly said at the start of the season, "this year is a rebuilding mode", taking the pressure of Moyes and giving him a chance to make the team his own. He will end up succeeding somewhere else.

The only thing that i heard that makes me think the sacking was the right move was that apparently the players never took to him - that and he signed Fellaini for 25 million.

The problem was Moyes was basically hand-picked by Ferguson to replace him. A mistake I dont see the Glazer's making again. I'll be excited to get Van Gaal in house. I have more faith in him with the team money and future than I ever did with Moyes. Next year will be the year to get back to greatness.

    Tough loss today.
I fear our title chances have slipped away.
It's in Man City's hands now.
Win all and they are champs.
Win all we could tie them in points, but they have a far superior goal difference.

    I hate Mourinho!

I watched it today Sharkie - gotta feel for Stevie G.

I do love Jose though - even if only to listen to him in interviews.

I agree the league is Man City's to lose now, but, i don't see Chelsea losing again so Liverpool and Man City need to win out otherwise Chelski will steal it from under their noses!

Yes, I'm gutted for Stevie G.

I know what you mean with Jose. When I say I hate him it's in a "I hate JR" kind of way if you know what I mean.
A villain you love to hate and adds some colour and character to the Premiership.
We needed someone like him after Fergie's retirement. A shiite stirrer!

I find myself rooting for Chelsea for no apparent reason other than they used to have Drogba and I was rooting for them in that Champions Lg final against Bayern.

To add to your amusement, the carpets on Roman Abrahmovich's yacht and one of his houses were laid by my cousin!

And despite that and being an admirer or Drogba, I still don't like 'em.

I would however like to see them make the Champions League final and be drawn against Real Madrid. That would have an edge because of Mourinho's history there. Would also love to see our own Gareth Bale score a winning goal against them

I've decided to immerse myself in the Premier League.

I'm thinking about rooting for Stoke City because of Geoff Cameron. And their green 2014-15 keeper unis are badass.

    Thoughts.

*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

I want to root for Argyle because Cornwall, and my ancestry, but I'll never see them on tv.
