pretty impressive that von miller was tenth in their MVP voting.

Bunkley Was beast all year as well so its cool to see him and von on the All pro team

Von also 5th in defensive player of the year voting, if not for the injury von could have swept rookie and DPOTY....

Listening to the "know-it-all" pundits on NFL radio yesterday and they all seemed overwhelmingly convinced that Aldon Smith should be the DROY. Just more evidence that the "experts" dont look at all the numbers.

thats because media looks at sacks only....miller is a 3 down player and was the best defensive player in the league till his injury....aldon is a good player but he is a stituational pass rusher...miller was a beast all year in coverage and run defense as well....you see what I see coach

I am so sick of hearing this crap too.

When i saw that Pouncey was more than likely out for this game yesterday on the ticker, i gave DEN a fighting chance.
    And heres why.

Brodrick Bunkley vs. the Pittsburgh interior

It seems to have flown very much under the radar, but Brodrick Bunkley (+28.4 run defense) has had a fantastic season as a run-stuffing nose tackle for the Broncos. He’s been one of the top defensive tackles against the run all year, and he can disrupt even the best rushing attacks if they try and run past his gap responsibility. The Steelers are still not sure if they can count on Maurkice Pouncey to start at center and even if he can, hampered by a bad ankle, that will be a matchup the Broncos would like their chances in. If Pouncey can’t start, the picture doesn’t get much better, with the Steelers lacking anybody they could reasonably expect to deal with Bunkley single-handedly. How Pittsburgh attempts to neutralize Bunkley play will be a crucial aspect of the Pittsburgh running game, especially as they are now deep into the bench at running back with injuries, the latest to starter Rashard Mendenhall
