    Default Crabtree Stock Might Fall

Nothing is confirmed yet, but on the Mane it was said that an announcement on Sirius Radio claims Crabtree has a stress fracture in his foot and that it will require surgery. Again, grain of salt right now but thats in the rumor mill.

Raiders will draft him. He'll stay in the top 10.

He'll have a screw inserted into the foot. Schefter calls it a "recent injury," but Crabtree has nursed a bad foot/ankle since last October. It's no surprise to find out that something's seriously wrong. He will not work out at all before the draft. Crabtree put a lot on film in Mike Leach's spread offense, but he risks falling out of the top 5-7 picks. He measured far shorter than expected Friday and won't be able to answer questions about his 40 time at Pro Day.

His foot injury might scare them off.

just heard he is going to wait till after his individual workout and have surgery it is a slight stress fracture that should heal in 8-10 weeks and should be back by training camp..

If he gets past SEA it will be a minor miracle.. Even if he is not 4.4 his hands and footwork is some of the best I have seen in awhile..

I don't thik this hurts him. The draft is for hopefully a 10 year career, not a week 1 fix. Smart teams will realize he'll be healthy soon enough.

the guy broke Texases back in their meeting this year.. and they knew it was coming to him and could not stop it..

If we did not have Marshall and Royal as much as I'm against drafting WR s period I would want to go after him IF out Defense did not suck so much..
