Default Steelers Early 8-pt Favorites In Denver

    According to this sports book

    http://www.footballlocks.com/nfl_odds.shtml

(for entertainment and informational purposes only)

However the Saints have an even bigger spread - 10.5 over the Lions.
I miss the old Mile High Stadium.

Good. We played better when we were severe underdogs anyway.

Frankly, I'm shocked it's not more.

I almost wish the game was on the road and not at home. The Broncos have played better as underdogs on the road all season. Actually with the way our season ticket holders are, it will be like a PItt home game just like our last playoff game was. The cheese and wine crowd will sell off their tix to the terrible towels.

The Steelers have their own problems. It would be higher if they were healthy.

Sounds about right the way we have been playing. Regardless, I'm trying like crazy to get some playoff tickets through my sister (se works for CBS 4) just to take them away from 2 Steelers fans that would probably get them. Someone mentioned that they wish it was an away game, and if its anything like the 2005 AFCCC game it will feel like it with all those damn Steelers fans there. They travel well, I just hope that we are well represented at our own stadium...

    I'd take that bet.

Denver matches up better against the Steelers than pretty much every single other playoff team right now.

    Sadly I agree. lol
Hey at least one thing we can feel good about is that we are still in the tournament and the season is extended another week.
Prior to KC game, I felt a sense of certainty that we would lose. Against Pittsburgh, call me crazzy, but I think we have a shot. We get some turnovers and win 14-7
