Tebow is indecisive and holds on too long waiting for something to happen, I agree. But I think the defense lines are holding back because of Tebow's mobility and the run game.

Of course they are holding the line of scrimmage, they, like us, know Tebow can't read pass defenses, let alone beat you with his arm...
