Asked at what point would it be in the best interest of the team to trade Cutler, McDaniels answered: "Never." Nice to see your a man of your word Josh

I thought Maualuga was the top ILB on Mayock's board? He must have fallen after the senior bowl?

The last I heard about Cushing is that scout think he's capable of doing either. I don't know if Curry is projected to move to the inside.

From what i have heard you could pretty much put Curry at any LB position.

As for Orakpo, NFP has him ranked as the #1 DE, guess they just don't see him as a solid stand up LB at the moment, even though I think that he could stand up and rush just fine.

Not only could you put Curry anywhere, but you can expect him to be an impact player anywhere. He's one of the best LB prospects to come out in a long time.

Yep Curry is a Demon Decon. He and Smith provided loads of play making ability for Wake.

Orakpo is a turd. Texas just doesn't produce great professionals. Pass. Crowder was a better player at Texas than Orakpo ever was.

I dont know. I wouldnt have much of a problem if we had Casey Hampton, Shaun Rogers, Aaron Ross, Derrick Johnson or Michael Griffin. Just to name a few defensive players.

That being said, I'm not as high as some on Orakpo either. I see him as the 2009 version of Vernon Gholston

Speaking of Casey Hampton he's the only guy in the Steelers starting front seven who was drafted in the first by the Steelers.

Could be the 09 version. However it is hard to overlook his work ethic, dude totaly transformed himself throughout college and if he just keeps up the work ethic and wants to improve he could be a beast with his athletic ability and strength. Just was all over the backfield as a senior.

I could be wrong here, and it might be unfair for me to speculate without proof, but Orapko looks like a roid product. His stats ballooned his senior year, along with his weightroom legend.

From what it sounds like is he gained 50 lbs throughout his college career. Thats not that big of a surprise.
