No, its not. The great minds of science have proven that coffee cup smileys can provoke uncontrollable rage in some subjects. Kind of like the Incredible Hulk. Not a reason to get rid of it, just relating a proven fact. The is here, though, and as they say you can't put toothpaste back in the tube or put the Nucular* genie back in the bottle.

If we got rid of this smiley, Mtn_man's arsenal of smiley's would go down to about one.

Should we do a poll on whether or not to keep it? Can we kill the smiley if 75% of us want it dead?

The problem with that is that people can post whatever images that they want. Even if it was killed from the smiley list, people could still post it from their photobucket.

Thnikka said there is a way to block specific images in Firefox. I'm not sure how it's done, but I'm sure he'd be more than happy to help you out. That way you wouldn't have to see it anymore. I think.

Would that solve the problem? We could have never ending polls on each smiley. Is it really worth it?

We'll file that request and act on it whenever that subject hits the top of the agenda. Mind you, that could take some time....all of the TPS reports would have to finally be completed, collated, sorted, and filed first.
