It seems that the newer posters a lot of times do a better job of trying to get along than some of the older one's do. Just my humble opinion.

We may need to weed the herd. Draft for talent instead of need etc...

Why can't we draft talented needs??

I mean, there WILL be some good talent in every round for the positions we NEED.

I say ban Mo for like a week and take his post count to zero.
