This Phelps story is most certainly a win for the stoners of america... Its real sad that we have this sherriff guy building a name for himself off of it.... He wants to be like that one sherriff guy who makes his prisoners wear pink underwear in jail....

I'm going to remind everybody, and I'll do it once, that advocating drug use and/or other illegal stuff is off limits here. It does not matter if you think it ought to be legal or not; write your Congress member if you think so.

Guess Phelps had some issues with Alcohol as well. In 2004 he got a DUI which i didnt know about. Kid needs to get his head on straight.
