He had us taking Knowshon Moreno at #12, which is not terrible, but not what I want. He also had a number of other picks for other teams that didn't make sense for one reason or another. That said, it was like a month ago and it's hard to make a mock, especially that early. But Kiper owns McShay and this is just one more reason why.
McShay is an idiot. Sometimes he offers good input, but most of the time, I'm confused by his thought process.
McShay is a guy with great data and bad decision-making. He’s not putting all that data to the best use.
Kiper has good intuition but isn’t great at the detailed analysis or breakdowns, so he can't always give good reasons for his choices.
Mayock is good at both data and intuition, but sometimes his need to be different creates weird choices.
Mayock’s probably my favorite, but then that’s the way I think too. I get high on guys and bump them up my draft board because their failure rate is gonna be nearly non-existent IMO, so I value them higher than maybe their pure talent warrants.
But they all have something to offer.

This guy is real good too.

He's been doing it for a long time.
You want mocks??
Here you go: http://hailredskins.com/MockDraft.htm
He usually doesn't say much and doesn't really offer any analysis of his own. Mayock isn't afraid to go out on a limb and trust his own judgement. Cutler over Leinart and Young at a time when everyone thought he was crazy. Calling Donte Whitner a Top 10 pick. Saying he wouldn't touch McFadden with a Top 10 pick. Just a few of many examples.... A lap dog like McShay would never go near that kind of stuff.
