yeah.. that INT showed that was obvious. Revis was all over the holding.

Then, he just nonchalantly goes out of bounds. Even the Santonio Holmes TD, it looked like none of the Dolphins were really trying tackling him.

I think it even prompted Terricho to bring it up during the broadcast. Anyone else notice than?!?
I don't think it's a deliberate tank at all. The Jets aren't all that good themselves this year. This game was awful. If it weren't for Revis, it would have been terrible and Miami might even have pulled it out.

What you saw was just an awful team. A defense that couldn't penetrate on passing downs against a decent o-line, a WR without the concentration and focus to play up to the level of his mouth and two sub par or very average QB's. The Jets at least have one really, really good WR and that was good for some points for them as well. Holmes and Revis really were the game.

Just wait till next week. The Dolphin players seem to just not believe and be out of it once they got behind. With the setup on Sunday I wouldn't be surprised to see the Broncos have a field day. Of course, it won't matter to the critics since the Dolphins ARE not a good team, but it should be a good shot of confidence for the Broncos and I think it's likely to spark a higher level of play through the rest of the season. Just wait.

Oh, don't forget that this team tried to hire another coach before letting the current one go. Also the owner put the breaks on the Orton trade all of which sends a message to the players that the current coaching staff doesn't really have ownerships full confidence and backing. How are the players supposed to fully buy in to the message in that case? I don't think they do. That plus losing your marginal starting QB and getting rid of two legitimate RB's in favor of an explosive though limited utility player like Bush....this team just has WAY more problems and holes than our Broncos could dream of. Even worse than last years Broncos by far. The Dolphins are a wreck.

No. They are just terrible. My rule of thumb is that pretty much all conspiracy theories are false, because the conspiracies are complex and require too many people to keep their mouths shut. Since that will never happen as long as humans remain humans then conspiracy theories remain just a lazy way of interpreting the uncomfortable things in the World.

Occam's Razor applies here. The Dolphins play like crap because they suck.

Last night i could understand them quitting. Just like Denver did a few years ago when SD came into Denver and just took the life out of them by the 1st quarter. The Colts were beaten when it was 21/28-0. They just couldnt stop Brees at all.

Not to mention Sparano and Spagnola have both got to be sweating bullets as they watch their careers circle the drain. I suspect they have more interest in saving their own jobs than in securing a great QB prospect for the next HC hired by their team.
