I have two 8-4 half sheds against the house a one car garage and we bought a custom built 14x20 for next to the hot tub..

On top of all of those being full I have a 11x40 cover porch filled with old office stuff when I closed my store front office and my sons apartment in Tucson when he finished college and move to LA..

Trust me when I say you will out grow your place before you realize it..

Now that I think about it. it is time for me to go sort crap for Yard sale..
I have come to that realization while packing my current place. I have so much crap that is going to the curb. I'm excited about that though.

Says the girl who is on concrete.

Don't skip what appears to be a marble sink top in the bathroom.

Lookin good, GEM. Like the fireplace too.

I have brick orange concrete floors in most of my apt (most if it is now covered in wall to wall carpeting). I am extremely envious.

We have Saltilllo tile through out the house and love it except during the winter.. But during our hot summers it is nice to have on the feet.

Had to put a finish on it when it was installed 10 years ago and have done nothing but mop it since..

have it every where except in the bathrooms and kitchen have regular ceramic tile there..

Sprinkler system installed and landscaping complete. House is complete, yard complete, next and final thing is the garage. New drywall and replacing the heating since it is not working right now. That's not huge for me so not in a huge hurry.
