Not up here but I lived in Yuma AZ for about 6 years. That's where I got hooked|!I'll just bet you do not really know what great Mexican food is up there..

There are A LOT of Mexican restaurants here where I live. There are also a lot of Hispanics that live here, so most of the restaurants are "authentic." Our one and only Thai restaurant is owned by a Thai family. That's one thing that does not suck in this part of WA - good restaurants. But don't go to the China Buffet. They get shut down every few months by the health dept.
