    can you get tortoise tacos?
“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

I don't think so. Back in the olden days yeah, but now the turtles and their eggs are protected. The eggs were/are considered a Mayan delicacy. Turtles are too important to the tourism industry, and pretty much everyone here makes their money that way.

A little later than I thought but here are......... the carne asado tacos from Paa-mul. I get mine with a little bit of beans and rice and I put caramelized onions on mine as well, along with her habanero puree. She doesn't have a liquor license so you get agua de jamaica, agua de tamarindo or agua de horchata. Or you can get a Coke in a glass bottle.

I think I may need to change my shorts after looking at that.

I told my wife that we will come down to visit you someday to scuba dive.

The best taco joints have the old señoras making tortillas by hand, on site.

    Coming soon:

Tacos from "El Arbol" The owner is a lady from Mexico City

    and

another little taco joint in Paa Mul (I don't think it even has a name). She has the best carne asada tacos.
    I now have taco envy
