    I love Blu-Cheese and apples or strawberries. Parm is delicious as well. Swiss is good as well as all of the jack cheeses. Brie is pretty good when I'm in the mood for it, and I love fresh mozzarella.

    Not a fan of goat cheese or Gouda.

    My wife did the tomatoes and mozzerlla deal on night. It was good.
