He played well tonight, had touch and accuracy on his passes, and looked to have earned the leadership role on offense.

Wussy team colours will do that to you. Also, playing for the Lion's doesn't make many folks look like men!
He has always had the talent...same with Carr..IMHO
Thats what happens when you play for two expansion teams...(texans and detroit..lol)
Give these two solid offensive lines and good NFL coaching and they will do good.
I hope Joey can keep playing well. That team and city needs a leader right now. I sure wouldn't want to be him though.
