clowns turning a perfectly good thread into a circle jerk. . . .

i admit, i just blew the title off when i saw it. . . but rob rang's opinion actually has value to me. . . for those that don't know, he's a legit talent evaluator-- i don't know if he's ever worked in that capacity officially for an nfl team, but the guy does know his stuff pertty well. . . he's run the draftscout website for ever, the one CBS (or one of the initials) bought a couple years ago. . . he's not some pointless talking head like pete prisco or dr. z or some of those hacks-- or skip bayless, colin cowherd, or any of those worthless gasbags, either. . .

jay mariotti, i'm looking at you!
“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

Neither had I. Glad to know I didn't post a "bleacher report" quality article. I was just glad to see some positive Broncos press and I'm really excited about Von Miller and Elvis.

The only time I've ever watched Rugby is when I've been deployed because we always have BBC channels. That shit gets pretty intense. It's fun to watch though.

That'd probably turn out like the scene in Hot Tub Time Machine where they're betting money on "the Drive" and the dude ends up having to perform oral pleasures on the other guy because he lost the bet.

On draft day when it became clear that Denver was going to draft Miller I thought it wasn't a good idea because it would have been better to draft Dareus. But now I'm getting really excited to see what he and Dumervil can do as a tandem.

i've noticed that he has been a bit of a squirrelly SOB lately, but this seems like an excessively harsh judgement of our friend nut. . .

he presumably hasn't been close enough to steal any food from you, so what brought this on?
