    Default Week 12 Power Rankings

    32. Detroit (0-11) - 11 down, 5 to go

    31. Cincinnati (1-9-1) - No hope for any improvement

    30. Kansas City (1-10) - Wrong end of a record performance.

    29. Seattle (2-9) - Tried to hang with the 'Skins

    28. St. Louis (2-9) - Just one of those forgettable seasons

    27. Oakland (3-8) - Nie win against a division rival.

    26. Houston (4-7) - Maybe the one team to look good against Cleveland lately

    25. San Francisco (3-8) - Looked like a high school team against Dallas.

    24. Cleveland (4-7) - Maybe Quinn isnt the golden boy

    23. Jacksonville (4-7) - This team has NO identity

    22. San Diego (4-7) - ...and they could still win the division

    21. Denver (6-5) - Tell me again why this team is so much better than 5 or 6 teams ranked ahead of them. Bad part of the schedule is coming up.

    20. Green Bay (5-6) - Maybe they dont want to win the division as much as they advertise?

    19. Buffalo (6-5) - 54 points will cure a slump real quick

    18. Miami (6-5) - Couldnt pull the rabbit out of the hat against NE for a 2nd time

    17. New Orleans (6-5) - Very impressive win against a solid D

    16. Minnesota (6-5) - Defense wins another game

    15. Philadelphia (5-5-1) - McNabb isnt the only one that needs a break right now

    14. Chicago (6-5) - Did what they had to to stay atop the division

    13. Atlanta (7-4) - BIG win against division rival and leader

    12. Baltimore (7-4) - Impressive win against a floundering Philly team

    11. Washington (7-4) - Should have put Seattle away alot sooner

    10. Arizona (7-4) - Impressive showing against the best team in the NFL. This crew fears NO ONE

    9. Dallas (7-4) - Romo and TO put on a show. Could still be a dangerous team

    8. New England (7-4) - The high school QB has graduated

    7. Indianapolis (7-4) - Not the most impressive win against a bad defense

    6. Tampa Bay (8-3) - Somehow they just keep winning

    5. NY Jets (8-3) - Found an answer to the Tennessee defense

    4. Pittsburgh (8-3) - Grittiest team in the NFL

    3. Carolina (8-3) - Havent looked very good the past few weeks.

    2. Tennessee (10-1) - Jets game exposed some weaknesses.

    1. NY Giants (10-1) - Held on against an awesome passing game.

Denver deserves no defense after this past game.

I also think the Broncos may be the worst 6-5 team in history.

    One blowout win
    wins by 1, 2, 4, and 4 pts

    losses by 14, 7, 34, 9 and 21.

sorry if I piss off the orange colored glasses crew but this is what i feel.

I love this team but do not sugar coat that we are not that good right now
and only in 1st place because SD is throwing up all over themselves almost every week

agreed we are a mediocre team right now as are all the other 6-5 teams

I just think we are lucky to not be 4-7 with some of our near misses
and Ed Hocculi lucky calls games

Awesome line!! One of the best descriptions of Cassel I ever read.

    Very succinct.

How Carolina qualifies as a number three team boggles the mind given their recent performance. Oh well!

I agree. I see Jets, Steelers, probably Tampa, and maybe Pats above Carolina. Houston a lick higher. Cinci above KC. Denver is a LT and QB injury away from being a sorry team, I think 21 is an accurate mark. Chaz has a better eye than me, I'm sure. I think there are some teams that belong above Chicago, too.
