People have already broken this game down, but I *finally* got caught up on this game last night via a DVR'd NFLN replay.
Based on the stats I read on Tebow, I could not believe how bad he looked. Talk about misleading. His passes were all over the place, and that trifecta penalty play where Fox was in his ear was embarrassing. And I'm one hoping Orton gets benched.
Quinn looked very strong though, with sharp, accurate passes. Considering what the team gave up to get him (reminded every time I see that ad for Madden '12) perhaps he deserves a much longer look.
Wonder if Jeremiah Johnson has any chance to make the squad. Didn't look half bad in limited action...
Tebow played so crappy he was in the Top 10 plays of preseason week 1

Yea, i dont get the same sense that Tom does. While Tim's first drive was really rough, he got much much better after that and the 43 yarder to Willis was on the money. As too the discussion with Fox on the sideline i didnt get the sense Fox was pissed only advising Tim which is what a good coach should do. But shit, the fact that Tim as that "Elwayesque" ability excites me like no other. With Tebow you always feel like there is a chance, Orton not so much.
