    Made a nice big batch of tomato soup yesterday in the crock with fresh tomatoes from my garden. It was great. Had it with grilled cheese.

    So this is raclette. When my eldest brother was stationed in Germany he had a raclette set that used butane burners (instead of the electric ones they sell these days). You par boil potatoes and cut up steak and other veggies and they make your individual pan and cook it on the burner. At the end when you the food is cooked to your liking you put cheese on the food then flambe with cognacClick image for larger version.

ID:	9705. Here's a pic of the pan after the flambe. For dessert, you slice a banana and put it in a pan with sugar, flambe it with cognac and put that over ice cream I don't eat that though cause I rarely eat ice cream.
