    I make this enchilada pie with cilantro and it is to die for. ******* YUM! Corn tortillas, shredded chicken, green chili and lots of cilantro.

    Yes and no. All garlic has cells that can release blue or purplish pigment, soil acidity is the determining factor on the amount of color in the particular bulb you have.

    I skipped breakfast and lunch. For dinner it was salad, edamame, and olives. First time I picked up a $4 salad from King Soopers--the ones they make daily near the deli. Salmon Nicoise with decent veggies and a sizeable portion of salmon.

    Edamame is so freaking good!

    I've been cooking a lot of salmon lately. Did the Tuscan salmon tonight. Cut up some onions and mushrooms, sauteed and did those as a side. Served over rice. Heaven.
