I made some shrimp and grits Sunday night. The shrimp was sauteed and finished with a rum sauce. Grits prepare with chicken broth, heavy cream and cheddar cheese added to finish.

Y'all go ahead and share your favorite ground beef seasoning methods.

Put some Tennessee Whiskey Steak and Burger seasoning on a steak of your choice and let it marinate for a few hours then throw it on the grill and baste it with some Dales steak seasoning. Cut the steak to your liking in strips and place it in your tortilla shells and top it with cilantro and onions and squeeze some lime juice on top. Really tasty tacos! Then when you're done eat a couple of edibles and play your favorite video game (Call of Duty for me) and enjoy the night. It's a great combination!! :-)

Son made us some guac burgers. He overcooks them a bit, but I'm not complaining.
