Damn, keep trying. In super markets around now they will be pre-cut and packaged. Rhubarb season here is May-July. Keep you eyes peeled! I had some last night as a snack

Negative, I always use salt, but I can see doing that. It's the sweet/sour effect.

Pags, I have some chicken breasts soaking overnight in buttermilk. Do you have a recipe for fried chicken tenders?

Season your flour with salt and pepper. Do a dry, wet, dry breading system (1st flour, then egg/buttermilk, then flour again), and fry in your favorite oil. Some tabasco in the egg buttermile solution is good.

    NTL putting it down.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

What NTL said sounds good. When I soak the chicken in buttermilk overnight though I also add Franks/Tobasco to the buttermilk

EDIT: oh and prepare for them to be devoured as soon as they cool enough on the rack

EDIT again: I would do flour/ egg wash/ bread crumbs or panko

You can also use Italian bread crumbs. Already seasoned. Works great for Chicken Parmesian.
