I'd be interested in having one for sure. I'm not sure 100% how much I would actually use it, but maybe buying one will give me a reason to use it.

I can’t see the other side of your lake, ergo, Ocean.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

Had a Bubba Burger for the first time last night. Those are damn good. Best frozen burger I ever had.

Did some Tri-Tip on the Kamado for Labor Day - it can be semi-tough to find but can somewhat reasonably priced comparatively. A decent rub or marinade and - sheesh.

Sliced thinly across the grain and served with some sandwich rolls, grilled hatch chilis, havarti, pickled onions and horseradish - served family-style - no complaints in the crowd.

Highly recommended - first time doing tri-tip and won't be the last.

Went to Perry's steakhouse and had the pork chop last night. Man, best piece of pork I've ever had. Never thought I'd find that at a steakhouse.

“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”
