Chicken Parm - as in parmesan?

That is a local dish in the north east of england - it is called a "parmo" locally - they really love it.

I just prepped some Pork Tenderloin in the slow cooker that I will start soon.

I am using this recipe except I added some portabellas and a green pepper I had to use up.

I just made my first ever from scratch pumpkin pie. I used an actual pumpkin not a can. It turned out pretty good. I sorta messed up the crust a little, but I'll fix that issue before Thursday.
    Let's Rid3!!!!

I love it but I have to stick to the non-spicy stuff, which really sucks. I love spicy food but my body sure don't. I'm basically Ben Stiller from Along Came Polly

Someone once brought me a super spicy indian dish when I had a really bad head cold - it wasnt half bad but the heat overwhelmed the curry so I could stomach it - and it did help clear the sinuses

It's my favorite, getting it on Saturday to break up the turkey monotony.
