Tonight is big fat strip steaks with a compound butter and wine sauce, mixed baked farm veggies and sauteed spinach.

When I make dinner I make enough for a family of 10 so there's always plenty of leftovers. I think 50% of my meals are leftovers.

I am making a quesadilla with leftover taco meat.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

We try to limit leftovers as I like to eat salads for lunch during the week.

My son hit a deer tonight. He's out back with the neighbor dressing it. It's not what's for dinner tonight but maybe soon (and not for me. Venison is icky)

Yeah, I need to get back on it. Maybe sometime soon, it's just so hard trying to eat with others while trying to be a vegan, almost impossible really

    I feel your pain mate.

I found it quite easy in the london area, but when i moved into the sticks it is almost impossible, I am back to veggie at the minute - thinking about restarting the veganism in the new year
