Yes, the only seafood she eats. We cook them a variety of ways but "steamers" are steamed clams.

I started to type the method but it is long so this is the gist of it

I was experimenting. Went much heavier than normal on the seasoning, layering different kinds. Also, the Hillshire Farms Andouille Sausage I've found is really good, and packs tons of flavor. I know there's better out there, but for something that I can easily find quickly at the local store it's really good.

There is a steak in the fridge just waiting for me to cook it. However, just got home from work after having 160 stops and 221 packages to deliver (which i busted out in 6 and half hours) and my knees are not wanting to move anymore today. Lol

So friggen good! Also found out that beef shank slow cooked is just as good as roast at only $6.99/lb. Love this ladies channel. Made her pozole on Saturday. My daughter's friends said it's better than any restaurant they've had.

    This looks amazing.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

Yeah we're spoiled, we have a fish store the next town over that gets all of their stuff off of the boats. This is expensive but Legal has some good stuff too
