    Pho Ga leftovers. Becoming a believer in the instapot. Made brisket earlier this week and it was .... words fail.

    Red beans + rice!! First time trying this recipe in the instapot. Bacon, cayenne, bell pepper... Ok here's the first taste.

    Do the babyback ribs, you can get a couple racks in there, do a dry rub and drop half cup of water, half cup of apple juice. Take out, brush on bbq sauce and broil for about 5 min. Babybacks in about 40 minutes.
