    Funny, I call those Buff Beans.

    They're green beans made with caramelized onion, garlic, and some seasoning. Typically they also have bacon, but not the heart healthy variety.

    Not sure what all squashes were in there, but there was definitely yellow squash and zucchini, and a couple others.

    mashed potatoes in the instapot are amazing. And fast and easy. So...garlic mashed potatoes with generous butter and cream topped with beef tips and gravy.

    last night was chikken tikka masala. First time I made it without a store-bought sauce (come at me) and it was tasty. Fresh ginger is fresh.
